Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

If checking the parcel immediately is not possible, please record a clear unboxing video as proof.

Claims without parcel inspection at delivery or a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Important Notice
Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality and hygiene for all customers.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference changes
- Change of mind after purchase
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:

A damaged or incorrect item has been verified, and

The item is unavailable for replacement or exchange.
Once approved, the refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.
