Dispatch & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
At Tizora, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually processed on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination:
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Dhaka Suburbs: ৳120
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
Delivery fees may be updated from time to time and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipment confirmation, tracking information, or a confirmation call, depending on the courier service used.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact and delivery information to avoid delays.
