Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  • If checking the parcel immediately is not possible, please record a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • Claims without parcel inspection at delivery or a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality and hygiene for all customers.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference changes
  • Change of mind after purchase

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A damaged or incorrect item has been verified, and

  • The item is unavailable for replacement or exchange.

Once approved, the refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.
